On October 15- 21, 2012 latin america’s largest robotics event will be held in Fortaleza – Ceará – Brazil. LARS/SBR (Latin American Robotics Symposium / Brazilian Robotics Symposium) will take place at UNIFOR.

The following events will be presented:

• Scientific events: IX Latin American Robotics Symposium – LARS (also comprises the FIRST Brazilian Robotics Symposium – SBR) 16-19/10

• Competition events: XI Latin American Robotics Competition – LARC (also comprises de X Brazilian Robotics Competition – CBR) 18-21/10

The aim is to gather academic and industrial researchers, as well as people with interest for the subject, to discuss robotics last outcomes, research and applications to contribute on encouraging technologies development.
